What happens when I hit the 100 links/mo cap on Free?
Your existing 100 links keep redirecting, no matter how much traffic they get. You just can’t create new ones until the cap resets at the start of next month. We’ll show a banner at 80% so you can plan ahead. If 100 links/mo isn’t enough, you’re probably ready for Big Slash (1,500/mo + add-ons).
What does “no hostages” actually mean?
It means three things: (1) links you’ve created keep working forever, even past caps, even if you downgrade. (2) We never throttle redirects, no matter how viral a link goes. (3) You can export everything — account, links, analytics — in JSON or CSV, anytime, free tier included.
What’s the difference between Big Slash and Team Slash?
Big Slash is single-seat — you, your work, your data. Team Slash adds multiple seats with roles (admin, editor, viewer), an audit log of who did what, webhooks for integrations, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. If you’re working with collaborators, you want Team. If you’re solo (even running a few brands), Big Slash + add-ons is enough.
Why are there add-ons instead of one flat price?
Because flat pricing punishes either the small user or the big one. A solo with 1 brand shouldn’t pay the same as a solo running 5. Add-ons are structural — you opt in when you grow, you can drop them when you don’t need them. No traffic-based fees, no per-click charges. The price is whatever you configured, and you set it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click, no exit interview, no “here’s 50% off if you stay” pop-up. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and your existing links keep working even on the free tier afterward.
What about per-click pricing? Bandwidth fees?
No. Never. We don’t bill on traffic. A link of yours could get a million clicks tomorrow and your bill wouldn’t change. We charge for structural things you opt into (extra domains, extra links/mo, extra campaigns) — never for visitors clicking your stuff.
Is there a 7-day trial of Big Slash?
